At Sansiri, the definition of the "Perfect Home" is characterised by more than environmentally friendly construction, but by the nature surrounding it.
We recognise the importance and take the greatest possible care of the natural surroundings around us.
Preserving the trees throughout our projects, we nurture them to grow alongside the lives of our residents.
Beyond that, we select the least harmful construction materials to the environment,
so our residents can experience the beauty of nature and the best quality of life.
At Sansiri, we believe every tree has a unique history and a different story to tell.
We nurture these cherished stories and help them grow by increasing,
securing, and adding more green spaces in every project to provide natural shade and clean air
to the community and our planet.
The shade of our trees will make your home a more enjoyable place to live comfortably.
for nurturing trees and natural surroundings
existing trees
We protect and nurture large trees in the project and pass them on as a legacy for our residents and the community.
suitable tree species, size, and position
We determine the right plant species according to the benefits they bring and how suitable they are for the surrounding area, with an emphasis on selecting trees from planted forests, which results in the strongest trees growing.
Follow correct planting techniques
We plant sustainably according to the factors for proper planting management, starting with preparing the area, determining the right positioning and distance, and calculating the bracing.
Tree nurturing
We give knowledge from arborists as a resource for our residents and the juristic person in a manual via Sansiri Home Service Application.
We encourage our employees and residents to plant
and record the growth of trees,
producing oxygen for us to breathe better air.
We are determined to employ innovation and technology to harness renewable energy from nature and forests for application in Sansiri projects.
We elevate our projects’ standards through good quality and service by responding to the needs of sustainable living,
reducing energy consumption and air pollution, and replacing them with clean energy.
Solar panels are installed at construction sites and in our housing projects to help reduce the use of electricity and replace it with
renewable clean energy, thereby reducing electricity bills from 1.3 million baht to 900,000 baht.
100% Solar Panels by 2025:
Sansiri aims to install solar panels in every homes and clubhouses.
We provide EV charging stations in our projects and encourage our residents to use electric cars, alternative energy which helps reduce fuel consumption and air pollution.
100% EV Charging Stations by 2025:
Sansiri aims to install EV charging stations in every single-detached houses.
Sansiri has developed air circulation innovations and designed various functionalities to keep the house cool.
By alleviating issues stemming from your house overheating, we help to save electricity, improve safety, and protect the environment.

Ventilation vents around doors and windows allow good air circulation.
2/6
Ventilation panels on doors and windows ventilate and make the house airier.

Specially designed walls with uneven surfaces deflect sunlight and reduce heat build-up.
4/6
Exterior paint with a coating that reflects heat away from the house.
5/6
Awnings or extended rooves for sun protection and heat reduction.
6/6
Reduces the amount of sunlight that enters the house.
Sansiri promotes waste management and reprocessing for further benefit
to reduce the amount of waste that needs to be incinerated or taken to the landfill.
We encourage our residents to separate rubbish for disposal properly
while food waste is processed into biomass and paper is recycled back to use in the project.
With our determination in environmental management. Every construction process, from thinking to production procedures we use our precise calculation and construction process, so that none of the material are wasted.
Items are kept in well-organised storage warehouses, and every item is clearly logged to lower the risk of loss during the production process. Parts deemed dangerous are, therefore, readily apparent and warrant extra attention. They are stored in separate safe areas, and accidents are more easily prevented.
Leftover cement is not rubbish as it can be processed into recycled material. The mortar is poured through a separator sieve, gradually separating the stone and sand fragments, and is brought back into the production cycle once again.
We sort leftovers from the production process and reuse them as much as possible. For instance, our staff can reuse good-condition foam boxes and collect scraps of plastic packaging for further use, rather than disposing of them with other items.
Steel rods and wires are some of the most important elements in the production process, but we often see piles of metal rods and rolls lying around the manufacturing area and becoming rubbish. However, through our precise calculation and construction process, none of the metal is wasted.
Large garbage rooms are clearly defined by garbage type with separate collection cycles. The collection company must be reliable and certified in waste management to ensure the waste will be handled or destroyed properly without causing pollution and creating issues for the community.
Sansiri promotes proper waste management throughout the organisation, T77 community,
construction sites and every Sansiri project by providing instruction manuals and educational training
about waste separation, how to reduce waste, and ensuring waste is recycled for further use.
with a "Dry or Clean Symbol"
The waste in this group mostly consists of plastic, paper, glass, and aluminium, such as drinking water bottles, milk cartons, microwave food containers, parcel boxes, coffee mugs, etc., and can be processed for reuse.
"Wet, Leftover scraps/ liquids separated into bags."
We sort leftovers from the production process and reuse them as much as possible. For instance, our staff can reuse good-condition foam boxes and collect scraps of plastic packaging for further use, rather than disposing of them with other items.
"Threat of Contamination".
We include dust, germ and disease-preventing hygienic masks, cotton bandages, gloves, saline drips, and syringes in this group. It is very important how we dispose of these items; they should be separated and clearly marked as toxic in a transparent bag.
"May Cause Adverse Reaction".
Light bulbs, new and used batteries, aerosols, pesticides, power cables, USB cables, small appliances and electronic equipment are included in this group. We dispose of this type of waste separately in transparent bags clearly marked as a hazardous material.
Bins set in every project have been correctly colour coded
according to global waste separation guidelines to make separating waste clearer,
easier and more disciplined for users.
